It also deals with industrial automation and mechanical design for packaging and labeling, overhaul of entire production lines, technical assistance, maintenance and repair, PLC programming, installation of vision systems.

The company, thanks to its expert designers and the use of cutting-edge software, is able to offer a design of the highest level starting from the study of the machine, based on the specific needs of the customer, up to the realization of the necessary executive drawings. to the mechanical parts construction department.
The aforementioned software allows you to verify the kinematic movements of the machine in a virtual way, that is, before its realization, thus verifying the best technical solution for each project. The current design software also makes it possible to help the designer in the creation of exploded views of the machines, necessary not only for the assembly department for their assembly, but also useful for the preparation of the use and maintenance manual.
Siempharma is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery such as CNC (Numerical Control) work centers, CAD-CAM management systems and all the necessary equipment both for the realization of the construction details and the different formats, starting from the executive drawings coming from the design department.
Once the details have been made, according to their repetitiveness, a quality control is carried out using special certified measuring instruments. A paper document allows the admission of the part to the machine assembly department.
Our specialized mechanics and machine assembly workers work closely with electrical wiring workers.
The joint work, carried out in complete synergy, will give life to the concrete realization of the machine.
The automation and programming department is made up of trained and qualified personnel to create software programs capable of managing the movements and functions of the machinery in compliance with current regulations. The user / machine HMI interface graphics are created based on the specific needs of our customers and sometimes modified or adapted according to requests.
In the testing department, the now operational machine is tested in the presence of the customer, testing its operational aptitude and “stressing it” for cycles that simulate the customer’s hourly production. An accompanying documentary analysis is also conducted. The machines are CE marked according to the current provisions on D.M. and subsequent amendments, with user and maintenance manual and spare parts section. We have the necessary know-how to fully follow the risk assessment on individual machines and on entire lines in the manufacturing, production and packaging areas with consequent post-electro-mechanical adjustment of the same to the current personnel safety regulations (Legislative Decree . 81/2008 and subsequent amendments). Siempharma carries out all the necessary qualification activities both at our headquarters and at the Customer’s premises, drafting standard validation protocols (FS, DS, IQ, OQ) and / or machine acceptance tests (FAT, SAT), according to current regulations GMP foreseen in the pharmaceutical field.
