TFM-30 is an automatic thermoforming machine with transfer on a line, controlled by PLC, for the production of PET, PVC, polystyrene containers for housing syringes, vials, bottles and cartridges. This machine is completely in anti-corrosion aluminum and stainless steel and is built with a painted cast aluminum frame.
Main movements managed by servomotors for maximum precision, reliability and time saving during the changeover with no need of manual adjustments.
Safety guards with stainless steel frame and Lexan doors with safety interlock switches.
All parts in contact with the product are in FDA or other approved materials.
Easy size changeover, without using of tools.

Double forming film reel for high operational autonomy. The reels are located at a perfect height to facilitate loading. Quick and easy film splicing.
Heating station. The PVC material is brought to temperature by the heating plates to allow the tray to be forged.
Forming station. The heated material is formed in trays with forming unit, mold, counter-mold, vacuum and
blowing.
Product feeding station. Automatic loading of vials, cartridges and syringes.
Vision system for trays and product control. Trays are checked at this stage with a camera (empty pocket, color,
shape, dimensions, breakage).
Lidding material reel. Quick and easy film splicing to allow a perfect sealing of lidding sheet to the rondo-tray
after the placing of the ampoules.
Platen sealing station to assure maximum sealing uniformity and reliability.
Main control panel. User-friendly for intuitive operation.
Cutting group. The conjoined trays are separated into singles and cut into the desired shape.
Scrap cutting station. This group cuts and ejects the waste created by the die cutter.
• Waste ejection station. This station ejects trays with joints in the forming material, fully empty and partially full Machines list

• Trays orientation module. The trays rotate 90°.
