The construction principles of these machines offer maximum efficiency of laminar flow; they guarantee perfect, safe accessibility to all critical zones during operation; they allow routine maintenance to be carried out from outside the filling area; in addition, they are designed for installation in containment cabinets such as open RABS, closed RABS and isolators of the ISOL-AIR series produced by Siempharma.
Technologies for assembly and labelling of syringes comprise a vast range of solutions for the handling of glass and plastic syringes, including plungering, labelling of the syringe body, assembly of the Backstop, insertion of Safety Devices and, if required, labelling of the Safety Devices themselves. Robust, reliable and flexible in terms of line layout, these machines are pre-arranged for traditional connection in line with conveyors of the NTS and NAS series, and with “No Glass to Glass Contact” versions.
Syringe handling units can feed, collect or sort syringes taken from Nests/Tubs or Rondo Trays. The technologies used, based on brushless motors and robots designed and constructed entirely in-house by Siempharma, guarantee gentle handling of syringes or Safety Devices, both for in-line connections with traditional conveyors of the NTS and NAS series, and for connections of the “No Glass to Glass Contact” type.
