The RFS-100/200 HYGEIA is a rotary vial filling and stoppering machine suitable for small up to large volume vials (500ml) produced in aseptic condition, able to perform full or partial rubber stoppering for liquid or lyo products.
The alu-capping station can be integrated on board the filler (monobloc version) or installed on a dedicated machine, the RSC-100/200 LADON. With this machine, Siempharma covers all production requirements for speeds up to 200 pieces per minute. Pressure rubber stopper + alu-seals can be handled, including two capping turrets, completed by 8 heads for each of these.
Its continuous motion, design characteristics, the materials used and the accuracy of finishing, guarantee optimal and safe performance with low level wear on mechanical parts, requiring minimal maintenance.
Vial infeed conveyor belt. Vials are transferred by one conveyor belt whose motorization is inclusive of inverter for the speed adjustment executed from display.
Infeed format-based scroll to provide vials separation and transfer in phase with the infeed starwheels system.
Filling turret complete of 12 filling groups able to fill different kind of liquids.
Carousels with pockets. Vials introduction and discharge, into the plugging-capping turrets, by means of infeed and outfeed size parts.
Automatic feeding-plugging system suitable to cap vials with rubber stopper by one rotary closing system.
Possibility to integrate the alu-capping station on board (monobloc solution);
Outfeed format-based scroll to provide vials transfer in phase with the output system.
Outfeed conveyor belt for capped vials.
Automatic rejection device of vials without rubber stopper. This system allows the machine to reject faulty vials without any machine stop.
