Continuous motion rotary machine for vial stoppering-crimping. With this machine, Siempharma covers all production requirements for speeds up to 200 pieces per minute. Pressure rubber stopper + alu-seals can be handled, including two capping turrets, completed by 8 heads for each of these.

Vial infeed conveyor belt. Vials are transferred by one conveyor belt whose motorization is inclusive of inverter for the speed adjustment executed from display.
Infeed format-based scroll to provide vials separation and transfer in phase with the infeed starwheels system.
Carousels with pockets. Vials introduction and discharge, into the plugging-capping turrets, by means of infeed and
outfeed size parts.
Automatic feeding-plugging system suitable to cap vials with rubber stopper by one rotary closing system.
Automatic feeding-crimping system suitable to seal vials with alu-seals by one rotary closing system. Crimping is
performed by rotating the vial against an idle roller. The advantage of this system over traditional methods is to guarantee
maximum sealing precision and minimise particle generation on the vial mouth.
Outfeed format-based scroll to provide vials transfer in phase with the output system.
Outfeed conveyor belt for capped vials.
Automatic rejection device of vials without rubber stopper or alu-seal. This system allows the machine to reject faulty vials without any machine stop.
