Continuous motion rotary machine for bottle capping. With this machine, Siempharma covers all production requirements for speeds up to 200 pieces per minute. All different types of caps (pressure, screw-on, pilfer proof, pumps, etc.) can be handled, with the possibility to include one or two capping stations, completed by 6 heads for each of these.
Its continuous motion, design characteristics, the materials used and the accuracy of finishing, guarantee optimal and safe performance with low level wear on mechanical parts, requiring minimal maintenance.

Bottles infeed conveyor belt. Bottles are transferred by one conveyor belt whose motorisation is inclusive of inverter for the speed adjustment executed from display.
Infeed format-based scroll to provide bottles separation and transfer in phase with the infeed starwheel.
Carousels with pockets. Bottles introduction and discharge, into the capping turret, by means of infeed and outfeed
starwheels.
Automatic feeding-capping system suitable to cap bottles by one rotary closing turret, equipped with 6 closing heads.
Outfeed conveyor belt for filled bottles.
Automatic rejection device of bottles without cap. This system allows the machine to reject faulty bottles without any
machine stop.
