The Linear intermittent motion filling machines RL series are characterised by a format-based scroll. This particular system allows to bring even irregular-shaped bottles to synchronise bottles movement with the filling groups, and furthermore eliminates the need for nozzle adjustment.
For correct positioning of the bottle mouth, a centring rake is provided, that comes into action before nozzle descent. With the same command, a system is inserted at the end of the dosing phase between nozzles and bottles, for the recovery of eventual dribbles or drops of liquid. All dosing groups are fastened by quick-release “tri-clamps”, that facilitate the dismounting phase.
Machine predisposed for mounting of 8 dosing groups up to 500 ml, and handling of bottles of up to 1000 ml with 2 machine cycles. Valves can be controlled electronically, mechanically, pneumatically, or by means of gravity.

Bottles infeed-outfeed conveyor belt with format-based scroll. This system is conceived for providing precise high-speed transport of the bottle while they pass through the machine.
Filling station able to accept dosing groups (volumetric pumps/peristaltic pumps).
Automatic rejection device of bottles with wrong weight (if check-weighing is provided). This system allows the machine to
reject faulty bottles without any machine stop.
