The Liquid Filling-capping Monobloc FS-2/4 ANGITIA has been specifically designed to handle bottles with assembled systems (plunger + plug) and caps from the Dual Chamber range. This compact monobloc integrates into a single machine the filling of the bottle with liquid and the consequent closure first with the assembled systems and then with the cap. At the end of this quick and straightforward process, the single-dose bottles will be ready to be labelled and packaged.
The machine is entirely automatic regarding the transport of the bottles, liquid’s filling, the pressure closure through an assembled system and the closure of the cap. Therefore, the operator will only have to feed the empty bottles and the vibrating bowls with the material necessary for packaging.
The FS-2/4 ANGITIA is characterised by its great flexibility and ease of use. Even the most inexperienced operators will manage all processes with extreme simplicity thanks to the intuitive operator interface that can be managed from the touch-screen panel.

Input conveyor belt for empty bottles. This system is designed to provide precise transport of the empty bottles as they pass from the machine’s input through a specific starwheel guide and the product handling carousel.
Carousel with starwheel for bottles. This transport system guarantees complete synchronisation of the starwheel with the liquid filling station, the assembled system feeding-capping station and the capping module for cap.
Filling station able to accept volumetric / peristaltic groups.
Vibrating feeder for assembled systems (plunger + plug). This system is designed to provide precise transport of assembled systems as
they pass from the vibrating bowl through a specific linear guide to the capping unit.
Capping station for caps. This system is designed to provide precise caps transport as they pass from the vibrating bowl through a
specific linear guide to the capper. The capper will be equipped with two heads, one that will act as an introducer with vacuum gripping of the cap and a pre-screwer; the second capping head will instead tighten the cap through a screwing system with electronic torque control that can be set by a touch-screen panel.
Automatic reject station. The machine is equipped with an automatic reject station for bottles that are not properly capped due to the failure to reach the torque set by the panel or the absence of caps on the filled bottle.
