The ETFR STELLA is a series of automatic systems for the labelling of pharmaceutical ampoules, which are manually or automatically loaded and then conveyed and channeled towards a carousel, equipped with special housings, up to the labelling station.
The label is applied to the product as it passes through, thanks to a special retractable blade that ensures maximum precision, and with the support of a rotating device that completes the application by rotating the ampoule on itself.
The ETF STELLA pharmaceutical ampoules labelers are equipped with a high-production labeler specific for the pharmaceutical sector. Thanks to motorized winders and a loop unit, the labeler is running up to 200 meters or 2,000 labels a minute, synchronized with the product speed.

Automatic loading system for ampoules from tray and conveyor belt. This system is conceived for providing precise high- speed transport of the ampoules while they pass through the machine.
Central carrousel for ampoules handling during the labelling phase is made in stainless steel.
Label peeling plate with micrometric adjustment of the position.
Wrap around rubber belt for a perfect application of the label on the bottle surface.
High speed labelling system with control of reel end, backing paper breakage, backing paper rewinder full.
Wide range of printing technologies. Suitable for thermal transfer, thermal ink jet and laser.
Possible to install vision system to check variable data OCR-OCV and barcode.
Collecting tray for labelled ampoules equipped with a dedicated output device.
Bin, with key lock, for rejected ampoules collection. Control device to detect presence of labels on ampoules surface with
automatic rejection of product without labels.
